When you join the disco freestyle competitors squad you will get a book containing all the ADFP rules which will list everything you will need to know. You have 4 Categories: Beginners, Starters, Intermediates and CHAMPS!!! To get to the next category you need to loose 3 lives. There are different age categories: under 6,8,10,12,14,16 and over 16(except over 16 is not a age catergory in beinners). Usually,  there would be Solo's, Pairs, Street/Slow and teams. Sometimes they may change street or slow to trios or lttle and large.

Some basic information about me:

• I am in U14 beginners in solo
• U14 beginner pairs
• And U14 slow

Finally there are the weekend dance competitions (CAMBER SANDS!!). Also there is Dance factor- which you have to qualify for before or on the day.
